Report Misconduct
Report known or suspected Safe Sport or MAAPP violations
We appreciate that it takes courage to report
misconduct. There are multiple channels for reporting, and we want to
make reporting as easy and straightforward as possible. The following
avenues are available for reporting misconduct. Different types of
misconduct may require you to report using one or more avenue. Thank you
for playing your role in keeping sport safe for all.
Report Sexual Misconduct
The Center accepts all reports of sexual abuse and child abuse within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. Reasonable suspicion of sexual misconduct or harassment, child abuse (including child sexual abuse), or intimate relationships involving an imbalance of power should be reported directly to the Center.
The Center also accepts reports of emotional and physical misconduct (including but not limited to bullying, hazing, stalking, and harassment) within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. Reports of emotional and physical misconduct can also be reported directly to your sport’s national governing body (NGB).

Report Child Abuse
If you suspect a child has suffered an incident of child abuse, including sexual abuse, you must report the suspected abuse to BOTH Law Enforcement and the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

Confidentiality and Anonymity
To the extent permitted by law, and as appropriate, USA Cycling will handle any report it receives confidentially and discretely and will not make public the name of the claimant(s), reporting party, or respondent(s). However, USA Cycling may disclose such names on a limited basis when conducting an investigation, reporting to the U.S. Center for SafeSport, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
**Anonymous reporting may make it difficult to investigate or properly address allegations so USA Cycling strongly encourages all reporting parties to provide their contact details where possible.
