Biju Thomas, chef, food book author, and long time cyclist, shares how he got interested in food and the marriage between cooking and riding his bike.
Biju currently runs a few restaurants in the Denver area, alongside Dr. Allen Lim, they have created the Feed Zone cookbook series that gives the endurance sport athlete the tips and tricks to make some great home cooked meals or savory treats to take out while riding.
